Fort Cavazos CYS Families, Staff, and Volunteers...
Summer is just around the corner, and with it comes an array of exciting opportunities for children and teens to explore, learn, and grow through Child and Youth Services. For parents looking to enrich their child’s vacation period, our summer camps serve as a perfect platform. Tailored to cater to school-aged care from kindergarten through 5th grade, and youth from 6th to 12th grade, these camps are brimming with adventure and character-building experiences. Each week presents a new theme packed with field trips that will broaden young horizons, alongside community service events designed to instill a sense of civic responsibility and altruism in the participants. It’s not only about fun; it’s about shaping well-rounded individuals who understand the value of giving back to their communities.

But that’s not all, we’re raising the game with a variety of sports aimed at keeping kids active and engaged during the summer months. From the thrill of scoring a goal in soccer to the strategic plays in flag football, there’s something for every young athlete. Volleyball serves up teamwork and coordination, while cheerleading promotes fitness and spirit. For those who prefer the controlled pace and precision of basketball, dribble and shoot your way through summer with our inclusive and skill-building sessions. Regardless of the sport your child is interested in, our programs emphasize fun, fairness, and personal development, providing a supportive environment for children of all ages.

The fun doesn’t stop there, as Child and Youth Services has curated a kaleidoscope of invigorating activities that entertain and challenge. Our activities are crafted to foster a summer of discovery and creativity, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and enjoy their time to the fullest. It’s not just about occupying the summer months but about enriching them with experiences that spark joy and create lasting memories. With inclusive programs designed for all ages, children and teens can immerse themselves in an environment that celebrates their individuality and encourages their potential. Join us this summer for an exceptional blend of excitement, learning, and growth, where every day is a new adventure, and every activity is a step towards a brighter, more engaged future.

Make CYS a part of your Family’s summer plans today. We stand ready to support you and your Family!

Sincerely,

Sincerely,
